Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 July 2026
These terms cover your use of GlamIQ - our Ai booking assistant for beauty and wellness professionals. By getting set up with GlamIQ, or by using the service, you agree to them.
Who we are
GlamIQ is operated by OS Business Solutions Ltd (trading as Quietwork), company no. 07151938, registered in England & Wales, registered office Rhiwlas, Caergeiliog, Holyhead, LL65 3YE ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means the business or person using GlamIQ.
The service
GlamIQ helps you take and manage bookings. It can answer enquiries, check your availability, confirm appointments, send reminders and handle cancellations, and it gives you an admin portal and a booking page. Exactly what's included depends on the plan you choose. As part of getting started, we set your account up for you.
Your account
GlamIQ is for business use only. You must be at least 18 and running a genuine business to use it. Please keep your login details secure - you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has gained access.
Free trial
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed to start. When the 14 days are up, the trial simply ends - nothing is charged unless you add a payment method and choose a plan. Unless we agree otherwise, that's one trial per business.
Plans, fees & payment
GlamIQ is a monthly subscription, billed at the plan price shown on our pricing page when you sign up (or the annual price, if you choose annual billing). We charge no commission and no per-booking fees - the plan price is the whole price. Fees are payable in advance and, unless the law requires otherwise, are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Fees for annual billing are non-refundable once the billing year starts. There's one exception: if we close your account when you haven't broken these terms, or we stop providing GlamIQ altogether, we'll refund you for the unused part of your billing period. If a payment fails, we'll retry it and let you know by email. If it still hasn't gone through after 14 days, we may pause your account until it's sorted - and we'll always be reasonable about it. If we change our prices, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and any change applies from your next billing period.
Cancelling
There are no contracts and no lock-in. You can cancel any time and your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period - just email [email protected]. After cancelling, we stop billing you. You can ask us for an export of your data, and we'll delete it in line with our Privacy Notice.
Using GlamIQ responsibly
Please use GlamIQ only for lawful, genuine booking activity for your own business. Don't use it to send spam or unlawful messages, to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, to interfere with or misuse the service, or to resell it without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
Your clients and their data
You stay in control of your own business and your own clients - your clients and their data are yours, not ours, and we won't market to them. When we handle your clients' personal information to run bookings for you, we act as your data processor and you are the data controller. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your clients' details, and for your own privacy notice to them. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice. Our Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms and sets out how we process your clients' personal data on your behalf.
The Ai assistant
GlamIQ uses artificial intelligence to chat with your clients and take bookings. It's good, but it isn't perfect - like any assistant, it can occasionally misunderstand or make a mistake. You're responsible for keeping an eye on your bookings and calendar, and GlamIQ's replies are not professional, medical or legal advice. We're always working to improve it.
Availability and support
We work hard to keep GlamIQ running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or uninterrupted - occasionally we need to carry out maintenance, and we rely on third-party services (such as hosting, calendar and email providers) that can have outages of their own. We provide friendly support by email and aim to help quickly.
Our intellectual property
The GlamIQ software, website, branding and content belong to us, and you may use them only as part of the service. Any content, logos or details you upload stay yours - you give us permission to use them only as needed to provide the service to you.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that can't be limited by law (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that: GlamIQ is provided "as is"; we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, bookings or goodwill; and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. GlamIQ is a tool to help you run your business - the running of your business remains yours.
Suspending or ending your account
You can stop using GlamIQ at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, don't pay, or use the service in a way that harms it or other users - we'll give you notice where we reasonably can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the service develops. We'll revise the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know. Continuing to use GlamIQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
The boring bits
A few standard points to round things off. These terms are the whole agreement between us about GlamIQ. If any part of them turns out not to hold up, the rest still stands. If we don't enforce something straight away, we can still enforce it later. We can transfer these terms to someone else if our business is ever sold or restructured; to transfer yours, you'll need our agreement first.
